Aerobic Exercise
When the word fitness is mentioned, we can deduct that it means the state of a person’s well-being. An individual’s physical fitness is formed by a set of different body capabilities such as endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Accordingly, fitness not only refers to the physical health, but the mental health of a person, as well. Along with self awareness and emotional satisfaction, a person is considered wholly fit if possessing both mental and physical health. Thus, we can see that in general, fitness is a state when mind, body and soul are in touch as one with each other. What is more, the spirit fits the body and together, live in harmony.
Aerobic exercise should be undertaken regularly by young and people alike. This is because all aerobic fitness exercises contributes to maintain increased heart rate which is almost the same as cardiovascular exercises. Aside from this, aerobic exercise strengthens lungs and the heart which will definitely lower health risk for diseases. Thus, if you want to be have optimum performance with activities in daily living, make it a point to exercise three times a week with at least a minimum 30 minute aerobic activities.
